The intent of this session is to introduce attendees to the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC) profiles and standards in Sinopia and to launch the newly-formed PCC Sinopia Cataloging Affinity Group. The session will begin with an overview of the available resources including training modules and the newly founded Affinity Group. There will also be time to practice and review creating descriptions with the PCC profiles and following PCC standards. Prior to the session, we will provide sample practice material that can be reviewed in the session and also will provide a starting point for any questions regarding PCC profiles and PCC standards within Sinopia. This session is open to all, but designed specifically for PCC catalogers working in Sinopia.
